If you have recurring tasks throughout the year, instead of worrying about due dates, put the milestones on a calendar. You can keep this on your desktop or do it old school, and print the calendar out. Whatever month your'e in, just refer to that calendar month to check on your upcoming tasks. You can also keep the calendar in a handy binder of important info and bring to meetings when necessary.
