It could feel like the odds are against us, especially during these challenging times.
There is one thing you can stop doing. It's the thing that keeps you small. Stop "shoulding" on yourself.
I should do this quicker.
I should feel better.
I should be able to tackle this.
I should have seen it coming.
I should have made that decision.
I should have not reacted.
I should have worn this outfit.
I should have not let the news bring me down.
The hell with the "shoulds." Every day you get a chance to start over. Now that is something worth celebrating.
