MEET SHEILA
Sheila Kamuda, is an empowerment coach, writer and speaker, who helps capable women stop shrinking, and reclaim their voice and presence so they can stop playing small and step fully into the work and life they want. DO. NOT. SHRINK. is her mantra.
Sheila's 1:1 coaching program, Presence & Power™ guides clients through three transformative stages: Reframe: Locate the old storeis running the show. Rewrite: Dismantle the identity that keeps you small. Reclaim: Embody your future self, "own the room," and show up fully, confidently, and powerfully in every space.
Sheila's personal journey began after her husband passed away. After several years of anguish, she decided to stop shrinking and see what was on the other side of grief. This, she learned, was the only way to move forward, shed an old identity, and embody a new version of herself that emerged.

Sheila's latest book, Say Yes to Yes, is about recognizing clues along our path that lead us to have everything we want, and we should say YES to all of them! Her memoir Party of One is about cherished moments with her husband and self-help reflections for those who have had a loss. Her empowerment-themed guided journals, contain 52 unique prompts to help empower and teach self-love.

Sheila hails from New York, lives in her beloved Chicago, is a theatre junkie, loves the Art Institute of Chicago, traveling (Paris is always a good idea), living in gratitude, and blessed to be Sydney's mom.
