Are Your Expectations Clear?

Does your staff know what's expected of them? Do they understand their roles? Are they clear on their responsibilities? Do they have ownership of any tasks? Do they know what you, their leader, is responsible for? These things need to be understood so your staff has a clear vision of what is expected. Only then can they deliver. Only then can they be set up for success.
