Celebrate Success and Ring that Bell

Ring a bell when you finish a project. That means all the hard work the teams have done, and the hours spent has finally come to fruition. And it's time to celebrate - out loud. And not keep it buried or do a quick mention at a meeting two weeks later. Acknowledge the success. Immediately. Acknowledge your team did that, created that. The bell wakes everyone up and people ask what just happened? A success just happened, that's what. We need to cultivate a climate of success at work, and this is how we do it. We publicly recognize it. With bells and whistles, with champagne. With streamers or whatever else we can think of. Accept that we are exceptional people doing something that make s a difference.
