If you're a human living on this planet you've probably experienced some form of Imposter Syndrome.

We've all been there. That feeling that we're faking. That we'll be found out. That we won't be able to do the next thing asked of us. That we tricked someone into hiring us.

Imposter Syndrome. We do this to ourselves. We torture ourselves with doubt.

The minute we don't know the answer or can't immediately figure out how to do a task, we become afraid we'll be found out and our picture will be plastered on all the news rags with the headline "Imposter! Beware!"

And we don't leave it there. As if that wasn't bad enough, we start to shit talk ourselves. We begin to think maybe we didn't really deserve the promotion, the pay, the higher level job. We start unraveling.

Our minds are really screwing with us. None of this is real. We're making it up.

And if we keep it up, this momentum will feel like we're skydiving out of a plane without a chute. Not a pretty picture.

Are you ready to stop the madness? Ready to stop feeling like an imposter? Ready to kick this life sucker to the curb?

This is exactly the kind of topic we explore at my Group Coaching Workshop Masterminds.
