Leadership: Not Just For Managers

We often think that leadership only means leading others, and only happens when you land a manager role. What if you don't have an inclination to manage others? Does that mean you can't go down the leadership path?

Here's the thing. You have a unique set of skills and talents. These are your values, and they're not meant to be hidden. You don't have to be a manager to expand your role. You can be a leader right where you stand.

The first step is to shift your thinking and lead where you are. To believe you have value to offer. And then explore how best to realize your goals so that others benefit, and your role expands. And then, go for it.
