Own Your Work. Set Triggers

If you have an action step, you'll want to set triggers so you remember to complete it by the due date. Then, you're not asked about it, and your team isn't hunting you down wondering when you'll complete your task. Nothing worse than a team member having to gently nudge, or blatantly remind you to do what is on your plate. You need to own your tasks, so figure out how to trigger yourself to get them done.
