You want to make a change in your career. You want something more. Maybe you're not even sure what that is. But you know you need to evolve in some way.
Once you recognize this, the second step can be challenging. You might get cold feet trying to figure out what to do next or how to achieve your new goal. Maybe you're uncertain how your career will play out. Maybe you want success but you also fear it a little.
This is where you need to be fearless. There's really no turning back once we decide we want more. The only thing you can do is - go for it.
